The information contained within emails sent by Bluefin Design Ltd may contain confidential or privileged information and is intended for the named recipient only. If you are not the intended recipient or an employee or agent responsible for delivering the message to the addressee, please notify us by returning the email immediately. Please then destroy it from your system. Bluefin Design Limited may monitor email traffic data and also the content of email for the purposes of security and staff training.
Viruses
Viruses and compromises of security are inherent risks in relation to emails. Please also note that it is your responsibility to scan emails and any attachments for viruses. We do not, to the extent permitted by law, accept any liability (whether in contract, negligence or otherwise) for any virus infection and/or external compromise of security and/or confidentiality in relation to transmissions sent by email.

Please note, that contracts may NOT be concluded on behalf of Bluefin Design Ltd by email, but contracts on behalf of our clients may be concluded by e-mail.
